Run by a voluntary committee, the Festival  is a registered charity and is affiliated to the  British and International Federation of  Festivals for Music, Dance and Speech of  which Her Majesty the Queen is Patron. As  far as possible, the committee aims to  ensure that the objectives of the Federation  are met. Patrick Hawes  New Festival Patron We are pleased to announce Patrick Hawes as the Festival’s new patron. Resident in Norfolk, Patrick is one of the country’s most popular composers and has recently released ‘The Highgrove Suite’ - a commission requested by HRH The Prince of Wales as a celebration of the magnificent gardens of Highgrove.
